Noodle Soup Recipe
This Noodle Soup is widely eaten especially in Asia.

Serves 4
Noodle Soup Recipe Ingredients:
300 g small cooked prawns
200 g baby spinach leaves
500 g fresh Shanghai noodles
1 tablespoon oil
1 large brown onion, finely chopped
2 inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
2 red chillies, chopped finely
1.5 liters chicken stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons soft brown sugar
6 spring onions, chopped
crisp fried garlic and onion, bean sprouts (scraggly ends removed), dried chilli flakes, chopped garlic chives, sugar, salt and pepper for serving
