Spicy Bison Burgers Recipe
Keep the heat low and burgers juicy.
Serves 6
Spicy Bison Burgers Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb lean ground bison
1 egg
1/2 cup onion, chopped finely
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 cup rolled oats
Spicy Bison Burgers Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix ingredients together. Shape into 6 patties about half an inch thick.
2. Coat nonstick skillet with cooking oil over medium heat. Cook patties for 4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
3. Serve on crusty whole grain rolls with sliced onion and tomato.
