Pinakbet Pinoy Recipe
This is an easy to prepare Filipino-style vegetable dish and will only take less than 30 minutes of your time.
1 onion, sliced
3 pcs tomatoes, sliced
1 small ginger, crushed
Ampalaya
Eggplant
String beans
Okra
Bagnet or pork chicharon
Bagoong isda
Pinakbet Cooking Instructions:
Boil water and add bagoong isda followed by sliced bagnet or pork chicharon. When meat is tender, add vegetables.
